  1. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff not too knowledgeable. I had a confirmation with a rate on it and they charged me 26 dollars a night more pretax. Despite some delay management eventually corrected the charges. This improved my impression of the operation. Location is very good.

  2. My family, dog and myself had a great stay at the Out Hotel. The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. We particularly enjoyed the service Felipe provided us during our stay. He is a consumate professional and made our stay a great time. Felipe catered to all our needs, was very polite and made us feel like welcomed, valued guests. I highly recommend the Out Hotel to anyone looking for best in class service with a great midtown location.

  3. I love this place went there once back in 2015 and I have a good time close to time square. When covid-19 is all over I will going back again.
