  1. Great location and clean,

    But they don’t do cleaning in the room daily if u stay more than 3 days, so every 3 days you have to book cleaning.
    Also they charge deposit and 34-35 usd per night.

    I wouldn’t like to go back to this hotel tbh

  2. I do not recommend this hotel. The room was filthy and had toenail chippings on the floor it had not been cleaned. The TV had a big scratch on it, the lamp on the desk did not work, the phone in the room had a busy signal no matter which button you pushed. Oh did I forget that the phone wasn’t labeled so you didn’t know which button to push to contact the front desk! I literally had to call from my cell phone several times when they said they will send someone up to fix it. They never came. I called and complain about the cleanliness of the room and they said they will send someone up! They never came. I asked to be moved to another room and there were none available. So disappointed in my stay and I won’t be back.

  3. Pictures of the hotel does not match the reality at all. Rooms are extremely dark, there is no view at all (booked deluxe), air conditioning is very loud so I could barely sleep and had to turn it off in the middle of the night. They do mention the size of the room and that they are small but in reality they are even smaller because of how the room is planned.

    Also on their web site they provide packages (staycation, 4 of July-cation) but the reception was not aware of such packages and I did not get the experience I payed for. They kept telling me they would check with management and contact me in a couple of hours but I did not receive any information (nor the experience) and on the day of checking out they admitted they were not prepared.

    I can not say any positive things about the hotel except of the nice reception and the fact that they do have a bed to sleep on. The restaurant downstairs is closed, the rooftop bar was closed the day I stayed. So no amenities. But I was charged $30 anyway…

    So if you have a chance to book something else, do it! Most of the things that can go wrong with the hotel, do go wrong here.

  4. Our room was excellent, ambiance excellent, service excellent. The manager Erica was 10/10 service was fast and allowed early check in upon arrival to the city. The price was more than fair for how luxury the hotels atmosphere felt. We stayed at the intercontinental prior to this and highly, highly recommend The Hendricks!!!
