Off the beaten path, outside of the busy downtown area. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful, pointing out places to see on maps and helping to manage transportation to and from activities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place outside of the overcrouded tourist areas.
Owner is great and very helpful. However the room was crawling with bugs and mosquitoes. Also do not rely on the owners friend to sell you ferry tickets. We got robbed for 600 baht per ticket. Make your way to the pier instead. Tickets to Koh Phi Phi are 300 to 350 baht per head.

This is a good and cheap option if you want to stay in the Phuket area but without the noice. We had a room with fan which I would not recommend for people who cannot deal with heat as there is limited natural ventilation. The owners are extremely friendly.
Do remember that it is a half an hour walk to the city center and local transport is not very predictable.
