This hotel is the best. I was worried because a lot of the ones around here are in poorly maintained buildings from what I’ve seen online but this hotel is immaculate and quiet and every staff member I encountered was super friendly. Coming to New York from a small town was scary and overwhelming (and fun!) and this was the perfect place to retreat between activities. The grab and go breakfast was even surprisingly good! I also really liked the walk in shower, the pressure was excellent and the hot water worked great.
Although this hotel is listed as “pet friendly” you are not allowed to leave your pet alone in the hotel room during your stay. There is also an extra fee each night to have a pet in the room. This was a surprise to us upon arrival and made going for outings in the city stressful as we either had to bring the dog or find other arrangements.
That said, the hotel service was great, the room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was so close to everywhere we needed to be and right by a bunch of metro stations.
Great location. Close to subway. In walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Penn Station. Really helpful and kind staff. Very clean hotel with decent breakfast. Rooms are not so big but price range is much better than any other hotels around. Definitely a great option to consider.
