Not at all the horrible place I was expecting after reading previous reviews on here. We stayed on nights it was completely full and I did not hear any noise other that what you normally expect when staying at a hotel where parking is right outside your door. The room was clean and actually exceeded my expectations. There was a microwave, iron and ironing board and mini fridge in the room, the staff was extremely helpful and our room was always straighted when we came back. The towels and wash cloths could use some updating but other than that I was happy for the little time we were in our room. Very convenient location to everything we needed. They do provide a continental breakfast and you can stop in anytime for juice or coffee. They also offer wi-fi.
We were here for 3 days and 2 nights. It was very convenient to Universal Studios which was 10-15 minutes away. Facility was good. Free continental breakfast from 7am-9am (pastries and cereal w/cafe and juice). Steve (manager) was very helpful and accomodating. Originally we were booked for 2 queen beds upstairs, but he was able to move us to a downstairs room which was convenient. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it will be difficult staying upstairs. This is a motel so they can give you extra towels and pillows, you just have to pick it up at the front desk. Parking is convenient which is right in front of your door. They have free parking and free wifi. Wifi is free but the connection is not strong and we had slow internet while we were there. But nevertheless, our stay was pleasant. I plan on staying there again if ever given the chance. Thanks again Steve for all your great customer service.
