Great hotel at an amazing location. The view of the NYC skyline was perfect. We had an issue with the front desk messing up our reservation but they immediately handled it by giving us another and better room in the middle of the night. Do recommend this hotel and will give this hotel another try in the future.
This hotel is by far a legend in the making for its outstanding 5 star customer service and all around experience of what a hotel should be. There is one staff member that stuck out . Oitanah , a front desk associate who by far should not only be the General Manager , but maybe all other Marriott employees in the area could learn a thing or two from her. From the pricing of the nightly room and rates to just treating the customer the way, that makes them want to come back again she went above and beyond . On behalf of my partner and I we wish you the best on your future goals and dreams don’t let us down . The Marriott family would be proud!
If you were planning on having any type of event or family gathering at this hotel DO NOT WASTE your time or money.
This hotel lends itself to be accommodating to blocked rooms / wedding type gathering but instead it is a crash pad or professionals passing through. We booked 10 rooms which were meant to be blocked. Instead they spread us all out through the hotel then charged the bride and groom $500 for noise charges…? If you are planning a wedding or any family gathering DO NOT BOK HERE .
