I had a lovely stay at this hotel twice! Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and they had a balcony! I stayed in tower 2 & 3 floors 9 & 32, both amazing with all the amenities. The rooms came with an electric stove, fridge, jacuzzi tub, and stand up shower! You can also request pots/pans/utensils for free! Little cafe at the bottom of tower 2 called delights that sells great breakfast!
Just a small walk to LV strip and it’s right across from Planet Hollywood and the shops!
I wish I could give 5 stars but house keeping was an issue for us. The staff were all very friendly and patient. It was 3 adults and 3 kids for our stay. My 2 four year olds were really good at testing patience. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Valet was super nice, they stayed busy so sometimes it took a little longer to get our vehicle, but it was understandable. The only bad thing I could say was with house keeping. The entire weekend stay we asked for house keeping to bring us more towels and washcloths multiple times and the only time we got them was when we went to the desk and asked for them there. Everyone we left we made sure the house keeping light was on and they never came.
