Excellent location! The room was small but beautifully decorated with lovely finishes. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom had a large, rain shower head and was well lit. I don’t recall the brand but the toiletries were quite nice. The blow dryer in the room was great! I normally travel with my T3 Featherweight blowdryer and, as far as styling goes, this one was comparable. Finally, the breakfast was delicious; plenty of options. Personally, the only thing that was missing for me was sunny side up eggs. There was plenty of salamis, cheeses, fruit, pastries, a few veggie options. A favorite was the Spanish omelette, similar to a quiche. The coffee was very good as well. Staff was friendly and courteous!
Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms-we had a suite- and great breakfast spread. I had fun here during our four days in Madrid. The bartender made me a drink that came with a box filled with the smoke of some type of fragrant bark. It was a unique experience. The front desk staff gave us a device that allowed us to have internet service on our phones until we were able to buy more data on our Orange chips. The location along with the professional staff made this a place I would want to return to.
Absolutely lovely hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful room, central location yet quiet at night. Couldn’t ask for more — will definitely stay here next time.
Best hotel ever: very nice location in the center of Madrid. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed. Very good service and breakfast. We will choose it again when we will come back to Madrid.
