  1. The worse hotel I stayed ever. I asked concierge for help as I got to see Dr due to gastroenteritis. Being asked any private clinic nearby, the guy only told me many times “I don’t know” and just told me to visit local hospital. Can you expect this response like this from a renowned hotel group!? Although they may not have any in-house doctor, at least they could help to call or advise anyway.

    I finally checked online by myself and found a good private clinic just few minutes by car.

    If you are looking for a hotel with attentive services, this is definitely not a choice.

  2. They are absolutely amazing. Incredibly happy with the service, all around. The staff they are all very friendly, they did go out of their way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel line is one I recommend through out the country of Spain, as their rooms are also modern, clean… comfortable, with heating and air conditioning available. I recommend them and will return!!

  5. I enjoyed my stay, even though it was only short. The hotel is very close to the train station which is very helpful, and my bed was very comfortable. The service was also great. I recommend this place if you go here.
