This hotel is a fresh baby. Perfect location with waking distance to Atocha Station, Prado& Reina Sofia. Cozy room like staying at home. Good breakfast with various choices.
Well, a little bit chaotic during the breakfast, some staff cannot speak English.
Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my 4 days stay. New hotel but already run pretty well. Well equipped room with even a microwave oven to heat up some of our take-outs. All staff that we encountered at the front desk and restaurant are super nice and helpful. Location is great for restaurants and museum and train to airport. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid

Very good location of the hotel. Hotel is new. Rooms are very nice and big. Very friendly and helpful staff. However the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Lack of choices. It was very bad. Low quality of food. Only one type of marmelade. No yogurt etc. Recommend the hotel but book it without breakfast.
Beautiful modern hotel in a perfect location near tourist attractions and transportation hubs. it is near tourist attraction. The staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The rooms are very spacious with a nice modern look.
