We had an awesome stay. The staffs are very helpful. The girl who check us in, her name is Gozde, she’s very kind, polite and helpful. She suggested to go to their restaurant which has a nice view of the city. The breakfast was scrumptious. The bell man who assisted us, his name is Mahmut, he is very knowledgeable of the hotel facility, its history, and he explained very well. Which is good for us who are tourists. However, the inside of the hotel is understandably old and the bed and paint were old so it looks dirty. Also, the blow dryer was outdated . I hope the hotel management would think of renovating the rooms for the future guests.
