Review for the galata times cafe: we ate burgers here, the food was okay, could be more fresh and juicy, service and environment are nice.
A great hotel if you want to stay a little outside of the touristy area, but still close to the attractions. Location is perfect. Cleanliness is perfect. Service is perfect. Breakfast is served on the roof with a stunning view of the city and some rooms have a beautiful view of Galata Tower. This is also the first place I’ve stayed at in Turkey where you can connect your phone to the TV and watch something in English. Wish we found this hotel earlier, we would have stayed here our entire stay in Istanbul.
Quality of service is very poor. Lady at the bar counter is scrolling on her phone, speaking rudely. It’s my second time here and both times she made me feel like I’m distracting her from something more important, even though it’s a lockdown day and you have not a lot of customers, not much work.

Excellent small cozy boutique hotel. 1) great location 2) although small, but very clean, new,, modern rooms 3) awesome views from the breakfast outside area 4) most importantly, Excellent reception staff, who went out of their way to help us with any questions or issues. Definitely recommend
