Nice Hotel. Very convenient having restaurants, party store and casino within walking distance, off strip. The entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. They have a beautiful courtyard with a pool. The only negative I am dealing with is the pool is still closed. I went down this morning and asked when they were going to open the pool and I was told possibly next month. To myself this is unacceptable, the hotel next to us has had the pool open since at least April. New arrivals get all their children and pool supplies together and try to get in the gate, of course with no luck. It has been 107 degrees this week and the pool would have made this stay a wonderful experience.
The hotel was definitely updated. All lights had places to charge your phones, shower was nice, flat, no tub, which I liked. Toilet was placed well. The food was set up and doable for breakfast. Ice close to rooms. Elevators-good, pet area-good, just a nice room overall, enjoyed it.
I stayed at the Las Vegas La Quinta at the end of a 15 day tour, where we stayed in 10 different hotels across 8 states. This location, although an older hotel, was extremely comfortable, and exceptionally clean and well run. I was able to use the airport shuttle both to and from the hotel, which was very convenient. I was happy with the price and was allowed a late 2 p.m. check out due to a late flight out. Kept me from dragging my luggage around town or going to the airport 6 hours early! Would definitely recommend this place!
