Best place in Las Vegas NV to stay while on Vacation. This is just my opinion. Very very very nice staff. The Resort/ Hotel owner, should give the whole entire MGM staff, some type of appreciation event or party.
Clean, quiet, socially distancing. Valet was always fast with getting the car. Saw the cleaning staff often wiping things down and cleaning the floors. Its connected to the MGM so you can walk thru the hotel to the casino and restaurants.
Nice rooms! Especially for the price. The property was not very busy while we stayed and some of the pools are not open during the week but we were able to use all the MGM pools. We love the walkway to the strip and easy access to the MGM!
Customer service among other things was trash for the price they’re charging. We called concierge, valet, the restaurant, multiple times over multiple days for them to NEVER answer. This hotel does not have concierge, they transfer you to the signature, which then transfers you to this hotel, where no one answers. We tried to leave after the 1st day but realized it would take too long for the $ to be refunded to then book another hotel. The “valet” service that is supposed to run until 12am stops @ 7pm(which they don’t tell you) & you have to go to the “free parking garage” bc the valet is complimentary but, there’s no parking nearby Which is easily over a 15-20 minute walk away from the hotel in 104 degree weather. There’s supposed to be a “shuttle service” that’s supposed to bring you back, but parties waited over 30 minutes for them, and they never arrived. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Just stay @ the MGM grand or ANY OTHER HOTEL if you can. The pools close @ 6pm which is ridiculous for Las Vegas considering basic hotel pools in your home city typically close around 9-10. We stayed on the 35th floor Pent House, the room itself was nice, very much so outdated, but the bathroom was spectacular—no balcony though.
