Absolutely Amazing – We are staying here for work and considering the challenges that COVID has brought to bear and our crazy work schedule, we are so happy to have booked this hotel. The location is great. The hotel facilities are fantastic and the staff in particular have been incredible (friendly and could not do enough to help). We will definitely stay again the next time we are in London.
Just returned from a welcome weekend break at the Kimpton Fitzroy in Russell Square. A relatively recent multi-million pound upgrade and refit really shows from the moment that you enter the incredible entrance hall. If you like lush furnishings and beautiful design, then this is your place. Handily placed for the tube and British museum, attractions are close at hand. One of the best things we found in relation to this luxury hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Staff in all key areas were superb. Special mention to Dorine who went above and beyond on our last day. Would recommend for a refreshing change in a stunning central five star hotel.
Beautiful hotel with an amazing cocktail bar! Danielle looked after us all night and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
