  1. Very average hotel that screams 3 star experience. There is NO pool – despite what pictures say. The bar upstairs was packed with people from outside, smoking so we could not get a table. Breakfast is more than simple and staff are rude and unhelpful and often refused to speak english to us. Rooms are a little dated and overly simple. We got a welcome plate of fruit that was far from fresh. The only good thing is location – very central.

  2. Superb hotel in the center. Service is amazing and room quality is great.

  3. A very confortable hotel situated next to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Clean, friendly and with a very nice rooftop bar. This is an address to remember!

  4. Amazing experience,our home in Madrid city centre.Service with heart,ample Junior Suites w/terraces and their incredible views,nice bar/cafeteria. Flawless hotel,full of charm.

  5. Very recommendable hotel. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke great English (which was helpful for my family who is not so versed in the language). The bar was wonderful with a great atmosphere and the room was comfortable and stunningly clean. This hotel is perfectly located as well with many rooftop terraces, museums and shopping near by….among so much more. I will certainly be booking with NH Collection Suecia the next time I stay with friends / family in Madrid. 🙂
