The location of the hotel is great, near all the family activities as well as two casinos. The lobby and recreational areas are very nice, newly renovated, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It is a great hotel with good staff, well-cleaned rooms and has a lot of good things to do. We will come back and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
Fantastic exhibits, beautiful space. The only drawback is the unbelievable amount of people crammed inside of it, It can be noisy and overflowing with giant packs of schoolkids on field trips, making it hard to get close to a lot of the exhibits. Food is decent but way overpriced, but what can you expect for FL.

Was working a couple of days in one of the meeting rooms. All the staff, floor managers, waiters, cleaning people, etc were extremely helpful, courteous and checking often on what we might need. The food was ok. Nothing out of this world.
