We called in advance to confirm their pet policy and when we arrived we were informed that they only accept service animals due to covid! Even though their service center says they are pet friendly. Furthermore, their check-out is 11am and check-in is 3pm. They do not accommodate early check in, even 15 minutes early. We ultimately ended up waiting 3 hours in the parking lot until their mandated check-in time. Additionally, what they consider a standard queen size bed is more like a full size bed. The room decor is a bit dated, but it does have a full size refrigerator, double burner stove, and a microwave. All in all, I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option.
Loved the Hotel! This was a change of hotel due to horrible conditions at another hotel I had booked, I was so happy to get a clean room and excellent desk service.
Really clean rooms and close to a lot of shops! It has a fridge and a burner so definitely came in handy! The staff was friendly as well.
My kids and I came to visit the city. We wanted to stay in downtown so we could walk around and no need for transportation. Inside room they had a brand new kitchen and very clean room. Since I had my kids I wanted to make sure the rooms were quiet which it really was!!

Guests in adjecent room have rambunctious unruly children stomping and squealing and even singing at top of lungs at 2:30am (so far!). And administration has yet to do anything to get them under control.
Update: did eventually change rooms. Be aware that sound (even reasonable ones, like footsteps) carry. So don’t plan to spend much time in room or be bothered by such nuisances.
