Very nice people run the desk and are very helpful. Room was very nice and they provide room service everyday. Good hot water and great bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We were on the fifth floor and had a tremendous view of the palace. We had an upstairs patio which made for a good reading space and romantic setting. This place is a yes????

Beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing view. It’s within walking distance to Plaza Mayor but away from the noise. Slept like a baby.
Great hotel and the lobby was absolutely stunning. Prices are reasonable for location. Comfy bed with a great view and staff were very friendly and helpful, will go the extra mile for you. Always a warm welcoming staying here, have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.
