I am awfully upset and disappointed that the hotel has not managed to process my refund request made 3 months ago, following the death of my father who was due to travel with me to stay at the Ajwa hotel. My calls have been discnnected, and I have not had a response to my emails since January.
This is simply not good enough, and shows a real lack of care for guests. Ajwa hotel needs to do better.
We stayed in a very nice, superclean and thematic suite. Hotel is 5-star hotel, with really great service provided. Staff was quite gentle and willing to assist whenever asked for. Especially, our consigliere, Mrs Gozde was amazingly willing to help us in some challenging situations during our trip.We owe many thanks to her and her incomparable profesionalism.I tend to say that she may be the reason to stay again in this hotel once we come again to Istanbul.Nikos
