  1. Loved this place when it was the Mandarin Oriental! We have not had a chance to stay under the new chain, but we imagine it would still be amazing. We especially love that there is no casino in the hotel so it is smoke free and a nice retreat from the madness that is Las Vegas. Great location.

  2. Phenomenal service! Top notch hotel, quiet and relaxing. The pool is very calm and love Paul the bartender and all the staff serving the pool. FYI not much for food options in the hotel but the strip is right there and also room service is top notch.

  3. Best hotel in Las Vegas. Stayed here for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Yuri at the front desk checked me in and was very helpful and told us a bit about Vegas. The $25 credit for Gold and Diamond members is great because it can be used at any of their restaurants. The Sky Bar is amazing and has 360 panaromic views. The food is delicious. The Zen Cafe is great as well and the staff there are amazing as well.

  4. This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquility in the midst of the Las Vegas strip. From the moment you glimpse the bamboo grove to the serenity of the lobby to the sophisticated pool setting, it is a 5 star experience.
    The staff are unbelievable in their commitment to excellence. There is no request that is unanswered.
    The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is in the middle of everything and yet a world apart!
    Thank you for your hospitality and generosity of spirit.
