Easy location. Nice building. Cold, below average breakfast and set menu lunch and dinner dishes. Lack of maintenance. Out of order minibar and room main entry door lock. Not repaired and no apologies for two days. Requires paint and resurfacing in bathroom doors and dining room tables.
Historic hotel which is kept in the old style. Stayed here for business and despite the building work it was fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Things that were not ideal, the air conditioning was a little noisy and no BBC world on the TV. There were a few vegetarian options at breakfast so I found enough to eat.
The main purpose of my visit was for a meeting to be held on the top floor. It was easy to access via public transportation from Kızılay and also on foot. Kind people, lovely scenery. I liked the retro feeling, it makes the place special, I guess.
If you guys want to have a nice vacation neva palas is one of the best hotel choices for ankara . Four star hotel nearby center of the city. So clean and it has a beautiful atmosphere . And a complete package for breakfast . And there are so quiet and relaxing rooms .And the most important thing is the hotel staff which were so kind and most of them were able to speak English.
Very nice hotel, fair priced hotel in a great location. Room was great, big and comfortable. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and a special thank you to Sena (guest relations manager) for helping with with finding/arranging a covid test for us last minute prior to our checkout and departure. Highly recommende hotel!
