The Westin Palace Madrid Comments

  1. Very comfortable rooms with an amazing staff. All of my needs were met and my stay was one of the best of the year. Easy access to world class museums and historical walks start right outside the hotel.

  2. We stayed twice at the Westin Palace Madrid within a span of our weeklong visit to Spain. I am so glad we chose to do so. It is an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt like cherished guests. We were treated warmly by all the staff, especially Olga, Alberto, Carlos, and many others. We were blown away by the special touches they added to our stay (both times!), knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is no other place we would stay in Madrid, and we cannot wait to return.

  3. The hotel is beautiful outside. Hallways are dark and fine. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. However the breakfast that you pay for should certainly be free for the amount of money one is charges per night here because it was FAR from decent. It was bad.

They did very well at keeping covid measures. The eggs were horrific. The mini waffles would break apart into sand like particles. The fruit was unedible bc of how hard it was (kiwi in my case)and extremely tart. The bread was hard. Thr bacon was soggy.

Spare the breakfast here and enjoy a small cafe in the city center.

View was ugly from room 469.

They did however pamper my dog and that was nice.

Other than that, everything was great.

  4. Be sure to ask for hot chocolate when you wake up… fantastic. Close to Prado and Puerto del Sol.
