Worst hotel ever – we were not able to go to Cesme because of CoVid19. We wanted to postpone our trip to next year, but the hotel decided to ignore every call, every email and every contact from booking. If we had somebody on the phone the staff always referred to the manager – who was, of course never in the office. We‘ve tried several times to talk about this issue with the reception staff, plus in Facebook as well as on Instagram via direct message – but they just hung up or nobody answered, what is quite rude, not really customer friendly and for a hotel in this price range quite untrustworthy. —> What they are doing is not only a damage for the hotel but for the Turkey as tourism location. We won‘t book something in the Turkey again and we would like to warn everybody to book a room in this hotel.
I definitely not recommend this hotel. It was the venue of my wedding and the platform was broken after our first dance. They ruined my wedding. During all our vacation we had to solve so many problems. There were not professional at all. The management is horrible.
They were asking to pay the bill of lunch 2 times. Even when it was already paid.. many other problems. Horrible experience!!
The rooms were so dirty, grounds were full of hairs and dust. Shower head was broken. The room service was very bad, no delivery for free water, tea or coffee on daily basis… Breakfast and meals were not bad. Their private beach is very beautiful.
