The hotel itself looks ok but our room (one of the most expensive ones) was horrible! Tv’s didn’t work. We asked for a repair. Not repaired!
Jacuzzi: we were not able to empty the tub; asked for repair, team came around. Tub not repaired! Airco disn’t work properly. You cannot program yourself, you have to ask to put a certain temperature at the reception desk. We asked every day for 19 degr. When we were in the room, the indicator stayed at 24,8 degrees! We complained every day. No reaction!
This hotel is horrible for the 1000€ for 4 nights. Not worth to book. Stay away. We are going our 3rd night, and the temperature is 24,8degr again at 10pm… here we go againfor a sleepless night …
Room is in very bad shape. The breakfast is discusting… the personnel is not reactive… you should never go there.
