Only negative thing was no Wi-Fi in the rooms only available at the loby
3 stars for this place is a little too much. No modernizations have been made lately, a broken sink in the bathroom, bad smell inside. The fridge did not function.Well, the room has been cleaned every day, the staff from the reception was ok, nice people. But the “manager” from the bar next to the swimming pool was very unfriendly and impolite, his behaviour was a cathastrophy, he started to yell and shout when we asked the bartender to change the music. We were told that we were not important on that terrace. I would really want to know what would be the position of the hotel manager regarding this behaviour. I would definetly not return to this hotel.
Great hotel. Only downside is wifi connection is only available in the lobby and the TVs in the rooms are outdated.
But other than that, great staff great rooms and great food.
It was my first time at surtel hotel this year i stayed for 10 days and I am happy to say I will be returning hopefully next year, the rooms were clean, food was tasty and fresh and the staff would always go out of their way to help. The hotel is in a perfect location. The pool and toilets were always kept clean. Very friendly environment, with guests staying from all over the world which was lovely. Thank you very much for making our stay amazing Surtel Hotel.
Worst hotel, experience ever.

-Bathroom smells so badly all the time whole night and mold everywhere.
-Towel was disgusting. I didnt even take a photo to complain cuz did not want to look at it again.
-Water shut down in the morning but doesnt matter, more importantly I just wanted to escape from the hotel.
-Breafast was miserable. you can have nice coffee shop out there.
-Loud noise till 4am in the morning.
I didnt planning to stay this hotel but booked it last minute since we change plans- should have read google review.
