The staff was amazing , the rooms were clean
And it is close to everything. This hotel had everything from luggage weight machine to having someone come in to do out corona test. The staff was super nice and friendly they made our entire stay very comfortable. They made us feel home and welcomed. My family and I would highly recommend this place.
This was a great overall experience. Great location and great service. Very friendly staff you feel like your at home with the warm hospitality. Better than those big hotel chains where you just another guests. Definitely will be back
We had an amazing stay at the Sultanhan Hotel in Istanbul. Great service, delicious Turkish breakfast with a gorgeous view of the holy sites and gorgeous Marmara Sea. Excellent location between Sultanhamet and Grand Bazaar metro station, with 5 mins walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping near by. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul in the near future.
Excellent boutique hotel, outstanding service from all the staff specifically Engin and Amal both went the extra mile and out of thier way to please us, the Turkish bath and massage at the hotel were the best. The included breakfast was great and the hotel rate was so low I was surprised and impressed to see what we got. We were also a walking distance and close to the main attractions, we will be back for sure.
