I have stayed at this hotel for many years. I would not stay at any other hotel. The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly and honest. They make you feel like the hotel is your home away from home. Your part of a family and you leave never forgetting the experience. They are ready to assist you with all your needs. I highly recommend this hotel. I give it the highest rating because they earned it.
Awesome stay, best hotel in Bangkok, I have stayed in furama and other hotels too but silom city is the best, beautiful specious rooms, well behaved polite and English speaking staff and the best thing about them is they always greet you with warmth .. oh I enjoy my stay and if you are resting this review I suggest you to book this hotel blindly , you will not regret it .

Nice place to stay with a respectable continental breakfast. Clean rooms, and helpful staff. The first room we were assigned had a smoky smell. We pointed this out to the management and were immediately moved to another very clean room. Fast Wifi and helpful front desk staff. Assisted us with transportation to the airport, and helped with arranging some reputable wat tours. During our stay, the front desk helped us with restaurant and taxi reservations several times. Helped us out by extending our discount for another night after our return flight was canceled. Will definitely stay here again. Recommend. Good people. 10/10.
