  1. 1. Terrible heat in the room.
    2. Aircon unable to cool down the room due to installed to wrong side.
    3. Elevator weird sound very annoying all day long.
    4. Found bed bug on bed.

    At last we have to book another hotel to get a good rest in night.

  2. Overall good. Lift spoiled already, need to walk to 4th floor, staircase not so clean, but the room is comfortable.
    WiFi, hair dryer international plug, water heater, iron and water cooker all available in room.

  3. Good location, good rate, easy parking. Room spacious and clean.

  4. I liked the friendly staff. It is super convenient. Open parking but right infront of hotel. Great for the RM50 range. Plenty of food choices especially Indian food. Loads of little stalls along the front of the hotel. Safe for single women travellers. Clean towels, room and decent air condition. Walking distance to KL Sentral. Great value for money.

  5. No professionalism, fridge broken, bathroom sliding door is broken, walls look cracked, lobby smell is very strong and music is too loud, toilet flush also has a problem. Overall not a great place to stay
