We stayed in a very spacious suite adjoined to a deluxe room, which was perfect for our family of 6. The room was so clean and the layout and environment were just perfect. The hotel was very quiet at night. Breakfast was fantastic, and we were so glad to see them strictly enforcing covid rules. They had employees walking around making people put on masks, and when we mentioned they put a table too close to ours they cheerfully and immediately corrected it. The fitness room was also nice. It was my son’s birthday, which the hotel was aware of because I asked in advance about buying a cake (which I forgot to do ????????♀️). However we arrived to a cake with candles and a handwritten note for my son. The staff was both warm and professional, and we stayed an extra night just because we loved the hotel so much. ???? Also everyone there spoke English- even the people serving breakfast, which is not terribly common in Turkey. They are obviously well trained and have high standards as a hotel. Süpersiniz. ????
We had laid breakfast and dinner, Food was good but you could tell it was Americanized for us. The hot chocolate was weak 🙁 but the rooms were clean and the beds were fluffy and comfortable. I’d stay here again
i loved this hotel the elevator is super cool and the place is very spacious we also loved the turkish bath! It was really delightful.
