When we arrived the hotel was nothing like in the photos, very small and not much around, the food was awful and the same everyday not everything was labelled to know what’s what, The beds was so uncomfortable me and my partner got no sleep, and you can hear so clearly through the walls and the maids hoovering very early in the morning, also for all inclusive the drinks where rubbish and not anything to choose from and where always flat, there was no entertainment apart from one staff and it was always bingo. They also rush you to be out the restaurant and the pool very early, no WiFi in your room and in the lobby was very slow, would never go back but some of the staff were very friendly and I will say they kept it clean and tidy.
A very nice hotel that has many things very close to it. The bathroom was a little smelly but I am no plumber and did not know what was going on. This is the only negative thing I can say. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good.
Great Stay. Professional Management. Rooms were very clean and sanitated. Modern new furniture. Breakfast was with great variety delicious foods. Staff was friendly. As of pandemic measures, every corner was supplied with hand disinfectant liquids. Folks are given informations for Covid Safety. Absolute Happiness. Thanks to all Pasabey Hotel Owners, Managers and staff.
