We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was attentive and the premises were well kept. Our room had everything we needed. The location is great. Within walking distance from the shopping avenue and other landmarks.

Insensitive, dishonest and rude, I have booked a year in advance. Due to the pandemic the hotel was closed and I was asked to exchange the reservation for a voucher. I agreed, of course. Later, my country, Brazil, was hit by the pandemic. My flights were canceled. I informed the hotel that I was unable to travel, asked for a refund, asked for their understanding, sent several emails, resorted to customer service in Spain and, even so, the hotel refuses to refund. A terrible nightmare. The same situation, no refund in may 2021…

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The staff are all very friendly and the location is amazing! I had a spacious room with a balcony with a streetview (Rbla Catalunya). Everything was very clean and modern.
