How great when your expectations are massively exceeded. This hotel is brand new, was beautifully refurbished just before lockdown. Super stylish entrance, bar, restaurant with mid century decor. Stayed in classic chic which was very large for London. Room decor beautiful. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in London at a brilliant price. Staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.
A luxurious haven
Walked in from the rain for a quiet pint at the Sycamore restaurant and bar whilst the ladies continued shopping at Coven Garden.
Lovely open space with gorgeous high ceiling and comfortable plush chairs, along with some cool bar tables. The Guinness was indeed good (very good!), as the advert used to say. I love a bit of people watching and it was lovely to see the staff chatting to the guests. You don’t get that so much any more. A really friendly welcome in a really friendly place.
The drinks menu is extensive! It was almost a shame I wasn’t staying here with the girls to give it a good try, especially the cocktails. They also have a beer I haven’t come across before, which was sublime. It’s called Lisa and I have to say, as an IPA / Ale / Guinness drinker, it really impressed!

Lovely place to stay, eat and relax and the staff and Manager are very professional, friendly and helpful 🙂
