I booked hotel one month before trip
When I was on my way to airport I received email that card was not accepted.. okay i attached another card.
They confirmed reservation. So no worries for me and I was excited to go there. After they canceled my reservation since my card was not accepted again. Actually both of them were working and had enough balance.
I was trying to reach hotel reservation team and called them few times.. each time they said” Madam we will talk with manager and call you back” and no one called me back.
I checked on booking the price was 1000 when I bought it for 500.
This is just a scam to earn more.
So I lost big amount and found another place to stay.
Awful service.
Double check before go there.
We stayed for two nights, staff are friendly , the hotel is practical for adults who are willing for a short stay.
Very near to the beach, Alanya telefrik and the aqua park.
The location of the hotel is perfect
Hotel is cheap, not very clean. Rooms are very small. The only advantage is location near the beach
