Exceptional hotel with exceptional service. Marriott will always be my preferred choice hotel. The standards and quality at all of their establishments are always above expectations. I recommend the suites. You notice the “difference” from the moment you enter the room. They have a movie theater (which was closed during my stay due to COVID) a basketball court(they charge a fee per hr) a mini bowling alley, golf, pool table and a rooftop pool. I will be returning to this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel when on business. The hotel is nice with good amenities. I don’t know if they were operating at minimal staff, but the service was very poor. They front desk were in friendly and robotic. They were unhelpful when needing things. I asked if housekeeping could be finished with my room by 3pm as I was going to be on conference calls and was told there was nothing they could do. Valet parking was slow/unresponsive. No room service. Just a very unwelcoming vibe
