Nice hotel , i just miss a door man full time at the door to open the door for you . And help you out with your suitcases. When u get a 5 * hotel that’s what the client want have a 5* start service .

The Urban Hotel In Madrid is by far one of the “Coolest Hotel” I have ever had the opportunity to experience. This Hotel defines the words, Five Star Luxury. which includes Dinning and hanging out with the rich and famous while enjoying award winning cuisine. The Location is superb which is one Block from the Four Seasons hotel and across the street from the Spanish Parliament. Because of location near the Parliament, the Security at this hotel is at the highest level of quality. If you are looking for a safe and luxurious experience in Madrid you should put the Urban Hotel at the top of your bucket list.
Very affordable 5* hotel! Their room service is quick, they often clean and sanitize the rooms, and the staff all spoke English really well so it was easy to communicate. They can even help you book appointments or reservations anywhere.
Its location is very convenient as it is minutes away from the city center and most places are a walking distance, which we loved.
Definitely recommended if youre looking for a 5 star hotel that is at the city center and still affordable!
Extremely bad and slow service everywhere, from checkin taking 15+min to ordering a drink in the pool 30min to waiting in line 20min for breakfast. Small pool also, fits maybe 10 guest. Skip, there are much nicer hotels around… breakfast tasted amazing though and rooms are nice.
