Definitely not 5 stars… The staff is great, very friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the terrible building and amenities. Room was so Hot so so hot and we asked them how to turn off the heater… turns out it’s centralized for the whole hotel… in a 5 star?? No ways is it worth the price.
This hotel is definitely not a 5 stars! The rooms are so small and the bed is not even a normal queen size but the advertise it as a double room bed ! The room was so hot like crazy hot and the air conditioning didn’t even work ! We had to open the window but later had to close it because of the street noise.the bed was so uncomfortable the pillows terrible and the water in the shower wasn’t even hot and the water in the sink wasn’t even draining! The staff was nice but that’s all.I will never recommend this place to anyone
