Due to Covid-19, not all facilities were available but they did there best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In my 3 day stay, may room was not cleaned but could also for extra towels and amenities. It was disappointing that also the parking was closed. Had to park in the public parking down the road.
Excellent hotel in the centre of Lyon. A pleasant spacious clean and modern reception area on arrival. Very nice breakfast deliver to our table and the room was spacious. and clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. A special mention to Mued at Reception who spent time finding us accommodation at another Mercure for the next leg of our journey to Paris. An excellent hotel with a high standard of service.
Good hotel close to the city center. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very good in-room breakfast choice during this particular sanitary situation.
