The whole experience was a delight. Karla at the front desk was phenomenal, helpful and so caring. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The valet parking staff were also very kind and attentive. The bartenders at Madison are THE BEST and fun, they made me the best cocktail in town. Fortune house hotel is definitely a great place to stay in downtown Miami without a doubt.
Nick the staff representative was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with providing EXCELLENT customer service and recommending places to eat and visit. The hotel as very clean and accommodating to our needs. My next stay in Miami I will most definitely stay at Fortune House. The scenery was beautiful and we felt very save as tourist.
My family and I generally pick this lodging for our family get-away on account of its remarkable client support! Also their vibe causes you to feel like you are exactly at home. We enthusiastically suggest this lodging!
Let’s start with the staff they are all so so nice (especially Tiffany!) we had a problem with the tv, they sent security up to help within minutes, we need extra towels for the pool it was no problem.
Our suite was soooo beautiful with an excellent view of the city. I requested a renovated room and that’s exactly what we got!
You need a key card to get into the building which made me feel safe.
Thank you guys so much for everything. When I come back downtown I will definitely be coming back here! 🙂
