Great pool, wildlife and garden area. Casino with a variety of games. Location is the best. Best value for the price if you want a room. Food choices are good, but are increased by walking a few steps outside. A name everyone associates with Vegas fun. …I think Caesars rewards casinos at center strip are all great values… earn comps at all of them…
First time coming to Vegas to celebrate my birthday. I loved the flamingo habitat. The pool looked nice but you basically have to spend hundreds to rent a cabana if you want to have a spot to sit out. I was told to book the flamingo room if I wanted a updated room. The room was clean. The door you had to slam to shut. The fridge didn’t work & neither did a lamp. I was most annoyed of the Elevator to the parking garage not working. I was in heels and was not able to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to my car. I ended up talking to someone at the desk about everything that was wrong & she was very nice and took off 2 nights of my resort fees. The next day someone came and fixed the door as good as they could and replaced the fridge. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I was pleased with the customer service I received. The location being in the middle of the strip is perfect. Nice restaurants & shops near by. I would stay here again!
