Coolrooms Palacio De Atocha Luxury Historic Hotel Comments

  1. Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was HUGE. The shower had double shower heads, and there were tons of counter space. The hotel decor is stylish and modern. Loved the candy jar in the reception area! Hotel staff were friendly, but their striped uniforms were a little tacky. We had home-made marshmallows and chocolates waiting for us in our room at check in, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. The breakfast room is a bit dingy and basement like compared to the rest of the hotel, but service was good. Central location, with tons of food options nearby!

  2. Great place. The salmon tartar was just perfect. I can highly recommend it!

  3. After spending considerable time trying to make a reservation at this hotel, and rationalizing the various prices that they advertise online and via telephone, we were still unable to get a straight answer after multiple contacts on whether we could have 3 room reservations on the same floor (we are traveling with minors). The phone team (with the exception of Alvaro) were extremely rude, as if earning our business were a burden. If this is any indication of the quality of service we would receive as guests, we definitely would not recommend this place. I sincerely hope the manager reviews this comment and speaks to his team. This is not the welcoming hospitality I would expect of a hotel this category
