best best best location in town, very quiet! free parking! 2min walk to beach, 5min walk to harbor, 2min walk to shopping and downtown, sooooooooo nice hotel manager, room is very clean and new. both manager and his wife are very very very friendly and hospitality, breakfast free and nice, ALSO, they have a super clean pool! all flowers are real flowers! the front yard is so beautiful! every corner is super clean!!!
Great location: walking distance to waterfront and downtown, tons of food options near by. Our two kids were pleased to find playgrounds close to the hotel. Breakfast was great, fresh and on time -they even did well with my unique coffee order. Our room was clean, well appointed and in good working order. Wonderful hotel and a real value. I’d like to add two special details that helped me choose to give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️; first the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to fix things and make things right. Secondly the hotel is following extra precautions to keep public & private areas clean and safe, as well as taking extra care to follow the COVID guidelines.

It is very small basic hotel. Rooms are very small . Tiny room. Breakfast was OK.
