Room looks better than pic, well renovated although bathroom was still run down. Overall still value for money. Location was great. Helpful staffs. Affordable meal from cafe at the lobby.

YWCA is very cost effective, price is cheaper but environment is good. My parents love staying there and enjoy the nearby park. The hotel staff are very nice, warm hearted, helped my parents a lot. 5 star. Recommend to others.
Do not feel like its a 4 star hotel… Sound proofing can be improved… Parking for not more than 30 mins already quite ex…
My mom stays here for 15 days for transit to US. As a senior citizen, she got loads of problems during the stay but she always had the best support from the hotel staff. They helped her with mobile apps, printing, this and that, which made my mom feel at home while I used to do these things for her. She sincerely wants me to extend her highest appreciation to the hotel, and no doubt we will come again for its great location (walkable to most major tourist attractions) and super service.
