Though a few major bumps happened during our stay, JR went out of his way to make things right. He did an Excellent job and had perfect customer service. Thankyou JR.
We will continue to come back to this hotel to stay. The waitresses at the pool were very friendly and kept checking on us the drinks and food were great. The girl that checked us in was very informative, sweet and friendly. It is a very Beautiful place to be and to experience. The views from the pool are breathtaking and the staff goes out of their way for you.
Very nice hotel although quite expensive. Definitely an awesome pool area. Enormous full and also a very large hot tub. Very nice view from the back of the pool area onto River and downtown. Service was appropriate for the level of the hotel.
Everything about our stay was great! We arrived early and Eric made the check in process great and assured us that we would be contacted as soon as a room was available. The customer service was exceptional. We had the most interactions with Eric and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. We decided to stay an extra day and we are glad we did. The pool was amazing, the pool staff was great, the location was perfect and the room was awesome. We have already started looking at dates for our next trip and we will definitely be staying at the W Miami again. Thank you
