Visited Rome in October 2018. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. The concierge was helpful. They recommend a nice place for dinner that was walking distance from the hotel. They also assisted with transportation service to the airport.

I just stayed in the master suite. Approximately 2,000 usd. Ive never been so mistreated in my life and am disgusted by the behavior of one individual who followed me to my suite and demanded my passport. As a young millennial traveler I can almost understand this yet they would never dare treat an elderly person like this. This place is despicable and wish the portly gentleman to be fired immediately.
