Great 3 day stay, fantastic staff ( front desk especially ) and very good service.
I would have given 5 stars if there was a legitimate reason for the executive lounge being closed with everything else open, it was even possible to sit sweating beside a complete stranger in the steam room and not have a drink in a large lounge. ???
On the plus side a bottle of bubbly was provided in the upgraded room ( As diamond members ) and we are very thankful to you for that.

I didn’t stay here, so I can’t really comment on that. But the coffee shop in the hotel is lovely and is a perfect venue for a ladies brunch. It is situated right in the heart of the city, right next to the theater district and Covent Garden. The hop on and hop off bus for tourists stops right in front of the hotel. Right across from the beautiful Strand.

My birthday was made more special by the card and chocolates left in the room.(thank you)
Not impressed that a family with a child constantly crying being put in the adjoining room to us.(not very romantic for a couple).
We would stay again as everything else was so nice.
I just dined here using a Groupon and it was worth every penny. Everything was cooked to perfection and presented accordingly. The staff were great, not stuck up at all real working class people who treat you well even well using a coupon.
We had a wonderful and luxurious stay at the Waldorf. Great location, service and staff. Staff go out of their way to make you feel very special. The concierge team are brilliant
