Absolutely an amazing experience! From the time I walked in to get greeted by Jay, to check-in with the wonderful front desk staff. Hands down the best hotel, and experience I’ve had EVER! The rooms were absolutely immaculate. The location was perfect. There’s absolutely nothing I could or would want this hotel to change. This was Perfect! I also want to thank Danny the guest relations manager, for making my stay worth it, Danny went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. For a hotel that recently opened back up I must say the entire staff must have done some extensive training to make sure their guest are accommodated.
The staff is just amazing, they are so nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the views are beautiful. We loved our
stay here. Thank you so much!!
The noise was ridiculous. There was a dog barking in one of the other rooms between 4am and 8am, nonstop. Other guests were playing their music very loudly. We didn’t expect absolute silence, but we did expect staying in a room with walls that weren’t paper thin. They also booked us a room with a queen sized bed instead of the king that we reserved. And, I could be mistaken, but after arrived back to our room after a day out, we thought we’d receive room service, such as extra clean towels or our bed made, etc. And there was nothing. This trip was a lot of money, but it definitely was not worth it.
I will say that the staff members were very kind. Hence the 2 stars instead of one.
