Just stayed there this week. The room and service was up to standard! The location was great for my trips around the city and it was very convenient because my friends could come and pick me up very easily. The staff was very generous and the service was very good. Good hotel for business and leisure!
While nowadays it is easy to find beautiful luxury 5* hotels, one of the hardest challenges is certainly the staff service. Ritz Shenzhen on this is among the most outstanding customer service I had tried at all level, concierge, club room, up to the most dedicated housekeeping team.
The biggest surprise is that they provide a dedicated manager/sales person who is willing to listen to every sigle request and accomplish it, while anticipating your need for food, coffee, or calling a car.

Most amazing service and experience. The staff were amazing… Obviously they have an amazing management team… this is not something that I normally say. I would order meals at 3:00 am and within 15 minutes they’d bring the meal. Just amazing overall experience!

The room is nice and tidy. However it is getting a bit out of date.
Location is convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The streets are busy, and you are not far off the ground, so you will hear cars honking.
But the Ritz service team never let me down. After seeing my review about the noise issue, which I did not expect at all, the hotel arranges another room facing the park for me, which is more quiet.
Special shout-out to Leo, I was using my luggage as a working desk for the first day. Leo noticed that help me prepare a table.
