From srart to finish it was great the door man Mord gave really good directions to anywhere I wanted to go, Vaney and Red where amazing,, once I realized my room did not have a refrigerator Vaney she went ahead an upgraded my room me without an upcharge, that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will be back, very close to everything in walking distance and its not noisy you cant hear you neighbors,, LOVE IT

  2. Great service and very clean. The bed was too hard for me but other than that it was excellent.

  3. We called and asked if they could hold our luggage and asked for an early check-in. We weren’t able to get an early check in but the staff was amazing and we got a room-upgrade! Had an amazing experience, would definitely come again.
