We had afternoon tea here on a Sunday afternoon and it was absolutely incredible! Such attentive service, delicious sandwiches, scones and sweet treats. Declan in particular was brilliant and so funny! His service was the cherry on top of what was already an exceptional experience. I recommend getting a tea per person in your party, so that you get unlimited refills 😉 thanks Montague!
We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience here. The covered patio with heaters was perfect for a chilly Spring day in London, the food was great, and the tea was delicious! (Our favorite was the Nutty Chocolate.) On top of all that, and actually the thing that really made the experience, was how welcoming the service was. Everyone there was so kind and made us feel right at home. We would love to go back!
Was very impressed with everything about this hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, nice big comfy bed, nice shower. Breakfast was high quality. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thank you to the manager Neil who went extra mile to buy me a hairbrush as I left mine at home, top man Neil! Will definitely come back and stay again!
Had a wonderful lunch at the Montague on Friday, in the Garden Terrace. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive as ever. So glad the hotel is open once more.
Absolutely amazing service! Very central – everything is in walking distance (Oxford street, London Bridge etc). The staff is so attentive and extremely polite. Place is spotless and clean. The food is also decent. I’d come here again.
